How to use this target

IRCC lists a 4 MB per-file limit for the IRCC secure account. Confirm the account you are using and the instructions beside your upload field. This tool selects PDF output and a conservative decimal target of 4,000,000 bytes. It does not convert a document into an immigration form or confirm application eligibility.

  1. Confirm that your upload is in the IRCC secure account and that the field accepts PDF. The linked IRCC table distinguishes account types.
  2. Select your PDF files. Up to 50 supported files can be queued free for browser processing; edge and server fallback have daily quotas. Each file remains a separate output.
  3. Process your files and review the downloaded PDFs: check page count, text, signatures and legibility before uploading to the official portal.

What to check before uploading

This is an independent file-size tool, not an IRCC service. IRCC Portal uses a different limit. The instructions in your application take precedence. Do not rewrite signed, encrypted, interactive or barcode forms: use the original required form and official instructions. Some PDFs cannot meet the requested size without unacceptable quality loss. A byte-size pass does not guarantee acceptance.

Common questions

Is every IRCC upload limited to 4 MB?

No. IRCC lists 4 MB for its secure account and 5 MB for IRCC Portal, with other account types listed separately. Check your exact account and upload field.

Does this upload my documents to IRCC?

No. Download and review each output, then upload it yourself through your official account. Browser-compatible PDFs are processed on your device; automatic fallback can use temporary server storage. Choose on-device-only to prohibit uploads.

Will all 50 files be merged?

No. This batch tool creates separate outputs. It does not merge documents or guarantee that every file can reach the target.
